In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and in the second bedroom you have a queen size bed. The living room features a sleeper sofa. Unit does have a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. Conveniently located to all the activities Sugar Mountain has to offer. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The space and layout was great for our family of 5. The cleaning was the only issue. I would rate it as being fairly "OK" if it was myself and some guy friends but for my wife and 3 girls it needed some more work. The check in was great but when I left I told the young lady the issue with the cleaning and just said they might want to look into it. I didn't expect any discount and didn't ask. It was only for their benefit did I mention it. She seemed very disinterested and I found this somewhat telling of why it was like that in the first place. I will check with them again for my next stay but due to this I will check other realtors also.
