Mountain Top condo you are sure to fall in love with! This two bedroom, two bathroom has a warm Western style, with filled with large windows providing ample natural light. Step out onto the balcony and experience the stunning views of Grandfather Mountain. Spacious kitchen, dinning, and living area. The master features a king bed and the guest room has a twin day bed that can also be converted into a king. Will sleep up to 4 comfortably. Enjoy access to the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room and saunas. Sugar Top provides 24-hour gated security, staffed front desk and parking shuttle. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by Sugar Top. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. However, we have not had any issues with this. Just minutes from the slopes, hiking trails, and down town Banner Elk and a short drive to Boone and Blowing Rock.
There is a 3 night minimum. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

Fantastic condo, very clean, wifi worked great! Having a washer/dryer in the condo was so convenient. After a family weekend of skiing it made my wife so happy to pack up clean clothes! Keyless entry makes check out a breeze as you don't have to go to the rental office to return a key. The owners clearly care for and have taken great care of their property!
THERE IS 1 INCONVENIENCE TO BE AWARE OF RELATED TO ALL SUGAR TOP PROPERTIES. The entire Sugar Top property, every condo that says "Sugar Top", only allows parking on site for OWNERS, NOT GUESTS. As a guest you will have to drive up, unload, then drive back down to park in lower lots. They do provide shuttles to take you back and forth from the lots to the property as it is a long steep walk on the road with no designated walking path. Again, this inconvenience impacts every condo on the Sugar Top property.
Initially the unit we rented wasn’t great looking and had a hot water heater that was leaking but the next morning we were moved to another unit that was beautiful. We had an issue but they fixed it without any hassle and I appreciate that. One thing to note, the entire building does not have ac. I would not have booked here had I known that. It is not stated in the listing and it absolutely should be. Especially for people who are sensitive to heat like myself. While you can open the windows it was hot at night.
