Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a bathtub with jets. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

The property location is why you stay here as it is a walk on and off the slopes lodging. Everything seemed to be in working order, but the unit and the condos as a whole are quite old and dated.
ALso note that there are alot of steps to get to the slope and it is the busiest of slopes at Sugar Mt.

The location was perfect! The condo itself was clean but dated. There are as also repairs needed (doors missing or off hinges). Also, the sheets were clean. However, blankets and bedspreads were musty.

Best vacation !!!!

The title says it all !!! We love this place, the fire place, the sounds of the creek next to the cabin, the easy access to the slope... oh my!!! I’m grateful that I found this place

It was so cold, but the condo was warm when we arrived! Loved the view. We could watch our kids and grandkids from the room!!!

aside from the stairs down to the unit...this unit was perfect - clean & cozy. Loved every minute there. Enjoyed watching the skiers on the slopes...kind of wish I skied LOL...would have been very convenient if I did!
