Ideal for a Romantic getaway with beautiful sunset and unobstructed mountain views. Cuddle up in great room with vaulted ceiling in front of the stone gas log fireplace. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances and furnishings, etc. Enjoy tongue and groove high ceilings when you walk in the door. Or walk a short distance and take the walking path right to the slopes. 200 yards to Sugar Mountain ski lift (see Ski Sugar trail map). 40 inch TV in living area with DVD/VCR and additional TV's in each bedroom. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, the essentials plus more. Condo has a master bedroom with long range blue ridge mountain views from king bed ,an on-suite bathroom.& jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bath. Loft area which has 2 bunk beds, full bath and a TV. Maximum occupancy is 6". NO pets. No Smoking. *ONLY TWO(2) PARKING PERMITS PER UNIT. VEHICLES WITHOUT PERMITS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE* 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The staff was great and the condo was very nice and clean. The wind was tremendous and you could barely sleep. The condo rattles for hours in the wind. The heat pump ia also very slow to heat the unit. You will need the space heaters and the fireplace and it's still cold. The condo has great views of sunsets.

Location was great. Rental staff was great. Condo needs improvement in three areas : 1. At least a dozen throw rugs in condo - horrible tripping hazard 2. TV / DVRneeds to be replaced - like dealing in the dark ages 3. Two very uncomfortable deck chairs - need to be replaced. Condo sleeps at least 6 yet only two deck chairs
Couldn't be better... EXCEPT (and this is a big one).. be forewarned, the edge of this subdivision is "200 yards from lifts." Unit 25B is NOT 200 yards from the lift. Unit 25B is more like two tenths of a mile from the lift. All up VERY, VERY steep roads, at approx. 5,000 feet elevation. Basically, if you have any physical limitations, there is no way you are walking to the lifts. If you are in ski boots, you are not walking to the lifts. If you are in great shape, you can walk to the lifts, after you drop everyone else off in your car. Other than the rigorous hike, house is as good as life gets.
