The home was very nice, nice decor, the beds were comfortable and great location to Banner Elk and Boone.
The only things I would change about
This rental was that it needed a little TLC around the property. There were a dorty broom and mop on the front porch for some reason. Also, while looking over the back deck some white plastic was half unrolled by the wind from underneath the porch, there was also a plastic bucket and another broom within eyesight of overlooking the back deck. The fire pit to the left of the house definitely needs some upkeep. The area around the fire pit is not big enough to put a chair or would be on top of the fire. The landscape rocks are falling off around the perimeter as well. . Just these minor things would have made it more enjoyable . All in all, a nice vacation rental.

perfect location for ski sugar, beautiful porch views
Check-in was easy, home is very clean (we have high standards), kitchen was well-stocked, location is fantastic. Owners obviously take pride in this home based on the condition, decor and cleanliness. We'd definitely rent here again.
