Perfect house/location for trip to Sugar Mountain! Within walking distance to Sugar Mtn Ski Resort. Easy check in/out process. Quite possibly the cleanest rental house we have ever stayed in. You will not be disappointed!

We had the best time here! Excellent sledding in the back yard, the location is perfect!! You can walk to the lodge and other attractions. Very spacious for a 3 bedroom very cozy, very cottage core. Very clean and well maintained. Our family of five will definitely stay here again!!!

Home was very clean and spacious for our needs. It is very close to all activities the mountain had to offer. Close to town and all the restaurants as well. Very pleased with location, cleanliness, and staff upon check in. Will definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved staying in this house. Perfect size, plenty of space, warm and cozy. Bedroom layout is great. Kitchen fully equipped. Only rec is to get a Keurig coffee maker. Judging by the bags of coffee left there, this would probably be appreciated by all. Location is fabulous! One day I dropped off the kids and gear and then walked to the slopes bc parking was full there. This will be our first choice any time we go to Sugar!!!!

This home was clean, charming and well stocked. It’s in an excellent location. It’s a quick walk to the ski lodge and just a short drive to many local sites and shopping. There were deer almost daily. Our entire family enjoyed their time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay at Sugar Mountain.

We enjoyed our stay it fits our group perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms although we didn’t need the AC this year we have had some years where the ac was required we love the location because it’s near our friends condo

The location of this home was really good. We appreciated being able to walk to the ski lodge, especially since parking was a madhouse. There was plenty of room for our group to relax. We would rent this home again.

We loved the location and the house.

House is well equipped and very spacious. Location is awesome for the busier ski days as it is only a couple hundred yards from the lodge. The par 4 golf hole behind the house is a great sledding/ski/snowboard hill for the kids when snow is on the ground. We would definitely book this property again. This was our 2nd stay in an RRR property on Sugar Mountain, and they do a fantastic job managing the rentals. Check in/out is very easy, and they are very accommodating. They even had the driveway plowed when we got snowed in!

Ideal place for a get together in the high country. 6 adults were TOTALLY comfy in this home equipped the way your home should be.

We had a wonderful Christmas staying at the Brookmont. The property was clean and in good condition. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and gadget you need. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. It is quiet and so close to the ski resort - you really could walk there. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again.

We were very happy with our stay in the home. It was extremely clean and well appointed with kitchen supplies. We enjoyed that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The house was very cozy and had a good walking trail right outside the backyard. We ordered take out from Bella’s Italian restaurant which was great. Also liked the grocery store being so close. We walked to Sugar Mountain ski resort every day which was convenient because we didn’t have to fight for a parking spot. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and will stay at this home in the future when we come back to Sugar Mountain.

We had a wonderful time at Sugar Mountain. This house was the perfect location. While not ski in/out, it was still a walkable distance. We would drive up to lodge drop off area, drop off all people and equipment, drop the car back off at the house and walk back to the slope. No having to arrive at 7 am for a decent parking spot. And having the garage to park in and keep equipment under cover was great. It snowed every day we were there, so this was a huge benefit! The only complaint we had was that the fridge wasn’t working. There was a small backup fridge in the garage, which worked fine. And since it was winter, we didn’t even need to keep drinks in the fridge, thank goodness, because there wouldn’t have been room. But it would have been nice to know this before we unpacked everything and the en realized that the fridge in the kitchen wasn’t cooling off.

Great house, great location. Spent weekend skiing at Sugar. Could walk to lifts if necessary. Close to rental shops and restaurants.
