We returned to this unit for the third summer but I don’t recommend it for a person that has issues with many stairs.

A very good value

This very nice unit has newish furniture, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a newly expanded deck and a gas fireplace which we used often. The only drawback for us (arthritis, etc) are the 12 steps to this lower unit. Chestnut Ridge condos are right up the hill from the golf course and tennis courts. Caddieshack has very good sandwiches right next to the pro shop.
