This one-of-a-kind, custom-built, cedar log cabin is a three-level structure that features bright, warm-toned furnishings and décor. Make the most of miles and miles of unobstructed mountain views from the expansive deck, and enjoy private high-speed internet. The cabin has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a loft. There is a Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom along with a 32” Smart TV. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a 43” Smart TV, and a DVD player. The third bedroom offers a Queen Natuzzi sleeper sofa. Relax under a 25’ vaulted ceiling by the stacked-stone gas fireplace and enjoy the 43” Smart TV, Blu-ray, and stereo. The equipped, designer kitchen includes high-end granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a variety of appliances. The unit provides a washer and dryer for laundry. This cabin is only a short drive away from shopping, restaurants, skiing, hiking, rafting, horseback riding, and everything else that the mountains have to offer. Flat and easy access will be just off the road with no hassle parking. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Cozy home with a beautiful view! Besides having to throw away bacon left in microwave and picking up pizza box house was pretty clean. House finally warmed up after a day because thermostat was set so low. Only concerns I had was double glass doors wouldn’t lock appropriately and hot water ran out after 2 showers leaving half the family with cold showers.

This was our 2nd ski season staying at this property. It was very nice, clean and cozy. We love the log cabin and will return for a 3rd stay next winter. Resort Real Estate and Rentals are awesome as well. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. They will not disappoint you.

We had a relaxing 4 days in this wonderful cottage/cabin with beautiful 's well equipped with bear decor everywhere. We even saw a real black bear at my sister's cottage .2 mile up the street!

Our trip was cut very short because of a changing winter weather pattern both at the Mountain and back home. However, with that said, I'll stay at this cabin again. It is really nice, easy to get to, and was perfect for us. And the folks at the Rental Agency were very helpful--especially Bill Wood. He was extremely responsive via text and phone.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week. It was easy to get to. We had easy access to Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain as well as Boone and Blowing Rock (20-30 min away from Boone).The porches were great (it was a little too cold for me to enjoy while there). The kitchen was well stocked and the living room and dining room were comfortable. The primary bedroom is upstairs and the second bedroom is on the lower level. There is a sofa bed in a private room on the lower level as well. This is also where the washer and dryer are located. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles.

We had a beautiful view of Sugar Mountain. The cabin is comfortable, very clean and kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware etc. Back porch is nice for sitting. Quite area. Banner Elk Winery us close and a nice spot! Only thing is I wish they had some sort of grill.

We come to Sugar Mountain every summer to escape the Florida heat and humidity. This is our second time staying at 126 Rock Spring Circle and we really love the view off the back porch of this cabin. It is very easy to get to, that means it's a short hop up the mountain not too steep and curvy. The cabin is well equipped with the exception of a few things which we bring with us. The only negative is it's 3 levels which can be a problem for older guests and the downstairs bathroom is tiny. This cabin is really only good for 4 people, any more than that would be very cramped in my opinion.
Cabin was exactly as pictured. Resort Real Estate and Rentals is very easy and great to work with. You can’t go wrong with this group. This is our go to group for cabin rentals now.
