This unique, three bedroom with loft, three bathroom condo will sleep 10 and features a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. On the main level you will find one bedroom with a set of double bunk beds. Upstairs there is the master which has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Up in the loft area you have 2 twin beds- perfect for kids. The 3 main bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Enjoy the peace and serenity off the back balcony, during the winter months you can view the ski slopes. Walking trail right next to condo down to ski resort. Walking distance to all the activities on Sugar Mountain. No smoking. No pets.

Enjoyed the condo. It was everything we needed. You had a trail you could walk through the woods of a bridge to get you to the Sugar Mountain resort where everything’s going on. Easy access no checking in had a door code which was very helpful. Enjoyed

Well equipped condo. Plenty on linens and toilet paper. The condo was very clean and spacious.The location was ideal for skiing; we were able to walk a wooded trail to ski resort. Easy entry with door key pad.

In general, a good place. But we knocked down a lot of spider webs. There would be more in the morning, and then killed several. Maybe we were the first in for the season as well. Also had a musty smell. We bought room deodorizer that helped some. Lacked hot pads. Knives not sharp. And be prepared.. we rented 4 days and only 1 trash bag. Would have been nice BEFOREHAND to know to bring trash bags. Oh... and not until we called about an issue did they tell us 1 shower was not working.
