Our family loved the stay and we all had a lot of room. Best surprise was that we found out that we can walk on to the slopes from the unit, which we were not aware of. Couches were comfy, beds were comfy.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear this property was not adequately maintained or cleaned between renters. The listing states there are “two parking spaces per house,” but this is only realistic for very small vehicles. If you drive a truck or standard SUV, parking as intended blocks others from getting through, which is a major issue for a ski property.

While the bedrooms are very small, size was not the main concern. Cleanliness was. The downstairs bed sheets were clearly not washed and had visible dirt and hair on them. I had to use my own sheets to feel comfortable. There was a sticky substance on the floor that caused my son’s socks to stick, and we had to clean it ourselves. The Swiffer mop still had a used pad attached, with no clean replacements available.

The kitchen was also poorly maintained. Several dishes in the cabinets had dried-on food residue, the microwave was splattered with food from a previous renter, and there were no pot holders provided for oven use.

We found a ski rental agreement from a previous guest left out in the open containing their credit card information, which is a serious privacy and security concern and further confirms the unit was not properly cleaned or inspected.

Cobwebs were present throughout the house, used tooth flossers were found under the bathroom vanity, and multiple beds creaked loudly with any movement. Two of the mattresses were sunken in the center, offering very poor support.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, worn furnishings, missing essentials, and serious oversight made this stay disappointing and stressful. This property needs significant improvement before it can be recommended.
