12B was a pleasure to rent. No hitches, no problems (except that our internet coverage was not optimal—- we were in the mountains) comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen.
We were escaping the heat in Raleigh and this was just what we were hoping for. Great restaurants in the area, plenty to do and see, we’ll do it again.

You don’t have to live in a cave like a bear when you go up to the mountains. This is certainly an example of that. The view was nicely done
done without being over the top or masculine. It felt newly renovated comfortable and special. Downside was housekeeping as dressers were a little dusty and the windows could’ve been cleaned better. Please used an E-Cloth which is so much better for the environment. Also, we had difficulty getting in when we first got there.
Manager's Response
Thank you for choosing Sugar Mountain and enjoying our beautiful views and lovely condos! We apologize for the dust. The unit was cleaned just before your arrival. We are working on updating the locks! Please come visit again!

Wonderful view, nice beds, great furnishings and full with plates/cooking utensils and everything you would need with great proximity to the ski mountain! We would love to come back - only suggestion would be to please add hair dryers and shampoos to the bathrooms. This is a beautiful place - big space and the loft allowed for great room for the kids! Nice furnishings - a great surprise! Thank you!
Manager's Response
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for all of your kind and helpful comments. We will consider your suggestions! Please come again!
The Condo was very nice and well kept. My only complaint was that there should have been some directions on how to work the TV's. I could not figure out how to get to the Regular TV Channels.
