Condo was great. We rent 8 - 10 condos yearly for vacation and this was one of the best we have ever rented.

Our stay was awesome. It was exactly what we needed to relax, the staff was great and the room was very clean and well organized and maintained. I have nothing but great things to report on this experience. Looking forward to next year.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was lovely. In our week-long stay, we continuley found details that just made the stay that much better. Aside from the obvious beautiful western view of the mountains and impeccable decorating, this place was peppered by little things that just make it feel like a home away from home. There was a fully stocked spice rack and any kitchen utensil you could ever need. The unit came with easy instructions to oporate the electeonics and even lables on the light switches! I loved having morning coffee at the fireplace or taking a soak in the tub after a long hike. The owners of this unit obviously put a lot of time an effort making this place above and beyond any vacation rental or Air B&B I've ever stayed at. I look forward to the next chance I can come to this beautiful mountain get away.

This realtor was very responsive when I had inquiries; and went out of their way to drop something off to the rental. The rental was excellent in all ways. Beyond fully stocked with everything and more that you would need and want on a family vacation; including board games!!

What a great condo filled with amazing amenities, beautifully furnished and a view that can’t be beat. The owners went above and beyond with the fully equipped kitchen, lots of sleeping options, extra blankets to snuggle up in on cold evenings while sitting in the extremely comfortable living room furniture. Highly recommend renting this condo!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Condo. I would love to just stay there an cook. The kitchen was better appointed than my home. There was every utensil know to man which was wonderful.
We can't wait until next year to return.

After months of planning a family wedding and thousands of miles traveled, it was wonderful to be able to finally decompress at Reserve 28A! Whether relaxing in rocking chairs on the covered porch soaking in the beautiful mountain sunsets or watching our favorite shows on Netflix by the 2-story fireplace, we found our little spot of heaven in the NC mountains. Being able to enter the condo at ground level was a blessing due to mobility challenges as we get older and being welcomed by our friends Grady and Earl who kept watch over our home away from home was a nice treat. The Owner’s attention to detail in both decorating the condo and outfitting the kitchen made this unit stand heads above many other places we have stayed. We especially loved the area and had a great time tackling the swinging bridge at Grandfather Mountain and dining at our favorite restaurant, Artisanal.

This unit is very nice - clean, well appointed and comfortable. Two king suites make it great for two couples. The view from the spacious deck is stunning. The Reserve is a very conveniently located between Banner Elk and Hwy 105 to Boone. The best part of the Reserve for us was the absolutely beautiful landscaping. Flowers where we live are generally fried in August, but they are unbelievable at The Reserve. Hydrangeas, coneflowers and colorful annuals everywhere you look. Between the flowers and the view, it is a spectacular place.

Easy after-hours check-in process and good directions to property provided. Very clean and well appointed unit with outstanding long-range views (and great sunset views given the unit faces west). Everything you would need for a vacation--kitchen complete with cookware, utensils, etc. Spacious condo in great shape. Would love to return.

Gorgeous inside and out! We loved the spaciousness this condo offered and especially having a bathroom for each bedroom, including the loft. The condo is very well maintained and so clean. Loved how well the kitchen was stocked! The views off the deck are simply priceless. I would highly recommend this condo!!

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views. It was perfect for our girls weekend. We had all of our meals on the deck so we could enjoy the long range mountain views. The condo was clean and well maintained and felt like new. Beds were comfortable, especially the one in the loft, and we liked having a bathroom for each sleeping area. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convienent entrance. The covered walkway was great, considering it rained almost every day. View was spectacular when you could see it , lots of fog and low cloud cover. We had a very enjoyable stay. kids loved the fireplace. Very nice.

This rental was clean, very nicely decorated, well equipped and has a beautiful view of the mountains. It sits on top of a mountain with top of a ski slope a walk away. We had a great nights sleep; love the mattress in the master bedroom. Highly recommend.
