This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit sits above 5,200 feet in elevation providing breathtaking views and only a 200 yard walk to Sugar Mountain’s Summit Express ski lift and slopes at 5,300' elevation! Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck (accessible from master bedroom and living room) and take in the incredible long range mountain views - see as far as Charlotte on a clear day! Equip with central HVAC, WiFi, cable TV, gas logs and a fully furnished kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances this unit is sure to provide everything you need to enjoy a relaxing trip to the mountains. Unit will sleep 4 max with a King bed in the master and a Queen in the guest room. Just a quick drive to local attractions and activities such as skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, rafting, bike trails, farmer’s market, shopping, restaurants etc. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Max occupancy is 4. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Great place rooms were very nice and clean. The view off the back deck was wonderful for sunset and at night. Definitely would stay there again, no complaints, would suggest to up the wow factor a hot tub on the deck and a bigger tv in the master bedroom

Everything was great except not enough trash bags or cleaning liquids for the kitchen.

We apologize you were not satisfied with the amount of items available. The items that we provide are listed in the rental agreement so guests can be prepared. Some of the homeowners choose to leave other items for the guests, but that is an individual homeowner choice. In the past, there were several occasions when dishwashing liquid was left and renters would put it in the dishwasher and it would flood the unit. It was extremely expensive and often interrupted the next reservation.

The pictures on the website did not do this property justice. The most incredible views and sunsets, very close to attractions, very well stocked and comfortable! Our most favorite mountain property as of yet!

The condo was in a great location (brisk but doable walk to the slopes, fantastic mountain views), was clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and probably one of the most well-stocked rentals we've ever stayed in. Additionally, we arrived at the beginning of a tough snowstorm. I'm sure the owners/managers can't ever guarantee this, but the drive was plowed and treated quickly and efficiently. It didn't cause us any troubles walking up to the slopes or driving down into town. So happy we chose it. We'll be back.
