Great location for skiers and anyone loving expansive mountain views. Everything as described and ski slope walkable from the home's backyard. (walk down the stairs and head toward the lift, less than a 1/4 mile walk and stairs could be icy so be careful!)

Great place for us and our kids. Short walk down the trail to top of Big Birch lift. Kitchen was fully stocked. I would only suggest to add some larger stock pots we were unable to find anything big enough to boil spaghetti. I’m sure someone ruined the one there and threw it out because everything else was fully stocked. Thanks again.

Whoa!!! We had a great time. The rental was everything we needed. We were very comfortable. The location is great for access to the moderate slopes. We would love to stay again!

Very clean. Great view. I sat on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise.

We had a great stay at this condo. We're a family of 5 and having 5 separate spaces for sleep was the most important to us. This condo has a loft with a futon and full bathroom allowing my youngest son to have his own room. The other room had twin beds with a bathroom and then the master with a (clean...I checked) jetted tub, great shower and king bed! You can't get better than that for this price.
The family room and kitchen were perfect. There's a great fireplace (which is on a timer...nice) and semi-comfomfortable couches. The kitchen is nice with granite and fully stocked with loads of stuff.
The loft area has a few fun things to do, but we didn't utilize it.
The HUGE deck is amazing! The view is incredible. Although the Spring weather didn't quite cooperate, the ski in/ski out was great. My boys would get their tickets the night before and hit the slopes!

The company is very friendly to work with and gave us all the information we needed for a great weekend. The location is just a few feet from a lift but it was the blue slope so we still drove down to the bunny slope for our first time 7 year old skier. We will definitely book here and with this company again.

This condo is a great location right next to slope. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time at Sugar Mountain. The furnishings are a bit dated but functioned well for us. Adequately equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer. Gas fireplace was great. Would stay here again!

When we reserved this unit, the low price made us a bit iffy. Once we got there all our worries disappeared. The pictures don't do justice, the views are amazing, the unit is very spacious, the balcony is massive. The drive to the unit is definitely a bit steep, but if you drive safe and slowly it will be fine. The unit came with extra cleaning supplies, was spotless, came with enough kitchen utensils to make a large group dinner. The only possible complain we have was the fact that the office closed 10 minutes before the displayed close time, so we had to go back in the morning to pick up our lift tickets. The trail to the top of big birch took no more than 5 minutes with all our gear. We were considering staying at the hotel at the top of Oma's Meadow because it was ski in/out but opted for this for the extra space and 100% made the right choice. Might not be ski in/out but its the closest you can get without sacrificing spaciousness.

Was the property description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc? Yes, the property description did not explain that it is a gated community which is a plus but everything else is as described

What activities, attractions and restaurants did you enjoy? Pizza place was really good, food lion around the corner was also a huge plus. Other than that skiing was good especially for March

Took our son and two of his buddies snow boarding before he leaves for the US Navy next week. They had a blast.
