Beautiful deluxe two bedroom, three bath with loft condo sitting in the gated community of Reserve II. From this condo you have panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and are also overlooking the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain. The owners have spared no expense to ensure that you enjoy the comforts of home while relaxing and taking in what the North Carolina mountains have to offer. Features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open area living space with gas fireplace. The master bedroom features a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master also has an en suite bath with double vanity, walk-in shower and large tub. The guest room features a queen size bed with a flat screen TV. You can access the guest bath from the guest room and from the hallway. Upstairs in the loft there is a sleeper sofa, TV and desk area. There is also a full third bath in the loft. The balcony affords you the opportunity to partake in the views of lush green foliage or snow covered mountains. You are only minutes away from the Sugar Mountain Resort, restaurants and local shopping. No smoking, No pets, max occupancy is 6. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Our family of 5 loved our stay here! The property had everything we needed (especially the kitchen kitchen). We enjoyed the comfy couches, beds, and board games.

The condo was amazing! Clean, well equipped and great views/accessibility! Was 4 children and I, and we were super happy! The one "slight" thing was that the management company gave us the wrong wifi, but we found the correct one on day two. That was "ok" as it kept my kids off technology!! ha ha

We were in this unit for a short ski trip. I thought it’ll be next to the slope so I can just ski off the backyard. That didn’t happen :) But the view and the house made up that the disappointment. The ridge view is beautifully soothing, the house has a lovely loft for quiet time. It was just two of us, but the space should be large enough for 4-6 people. The cooking utensils are not that much, but should accommodate simple meals. Master shower room may need some extra cleaning. The Food Lion grocery store is only 10 min away, and it has everything you need. Overall, we’re super satisfied with the stay! Will come back if we’re skiing in Sugar again.

Check in process was slightly sketchy. We arrived an hour early (1500) & was told the the unit wasn't ready. OK, no problem, we knew it was a risk .. so we had to wait until 1600 - the advertised check-in time. Also, apparently there was a "clicker" needed to open the gate that entered the development - we weren't issued this "clicker" & inevitably found out the hard way that it was needed.
The development was very nice as was the unit itself. Beautiful views! It was reasonably clean, extremely well furnished, & tastefully decorated. The only constructive feedback I'd offer is: 1) The only TV that had cable was in the living room; the bedroom TV only had an internet connection. 2) The WIFI password wasn’t “in the book”, but once we found it we were all =). 3) The coffee maker needed a good cleaning, which we happily did.
Overall, if we were to rent a Condo again we’d definitely check the availability of this unit!

We recently spent time at this beautifully-appointed condo in Sugar Mountain. Could not have been a better experience. The condo had everything we needed (and more!) to have our stay wishing we could have stayed longer! We'll be back next summer.

Great family condo. Has plenty of room and great location with great view!
This unit is underrated. It is big and well appointed the kitchen has everything you could imagine. It is super clean and has a view that can't be beat. There is a small trail at the end of the parking area that brings you to the ski slope. It is about a 1/4 mile walk thru the woods but this allows you to see the snow up close. I could not recommend this unit enough.
