RNT Mountain Escape (BB40)

We came to snowboard day and night, so proximity to the slopes was important. While a bit farther than some other ski-in/ski-out options at Sugar, the roughly 10-minute walk to the lift was still very manageable.

The condo had what we needed and was as clean as possible, though the furnishings and finishes are older than many units we’ve stayed in. A little more organization in the kitchen would make things easier to find.

We did have some trouble regulating the temperature, and the heater in one bathroom was difficult to figure out. Maintenance came, which we appreciated, but we still couldn’t get it working.

We also picked up a physical key, and a keypad entry like many other units use would be more convenient, especially for late arrivals.

We understand updates are up to the owner, and the management company was responsive and great to work with. Overall, the place worked for our trip, and with a few improvements it could really shine.

The condo was infested with dust so if you have a dust allergy you will suffer like we did. We called and requested the cleaner to come clean the fans which had thick layers of dust on them but it didn’t help because it was in the bedding, carpet and couch too. Also the thermostat for the heater was broken in one of the bedrooms so it would never turn off and it got very hot in that room. They told us they couldn’t get it fixed until the electrician comes which is only once a week. And we didn’t feel safe in there because one of the smoke detectors was broken. We also informed them about that and their response was “well, there’s another one in the unit so you’ll be fine”. We don’t even know if it was working since there was no button on it to test it. And to top it off, this unit is really far from the bridge to get across to easy street. There is one bridge that’s pretty close but it’s broken so we had to walk to the next bridge. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. I tried finding another place to stay but had no luck so we suffered and couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Location of this rental was perfect. We have stayed several places over the years at Sugar and this one wasn't our favorite unfortunately. The biggest issue was the heating- we couldn't seem to find a happy medium. It would either be super hot or super chilly, especially in the shared bathroom. The heat issue along with a noisy toilet impacted sleep. The second issue was the lighting in the shared bathroom. Lots of switches but only one seemed to work. Other than that, this rental suited our needs and we had a great time overall.

Depends on what you are looking for. Thought the place was dirty and smelled bad, but decent location to the slopes. There were some other issues as well that I would rather not blast on here.

Bee Branch condos are the best location on Sugar for ski in/ski out. We were steps away from Easy Street. The rental process was painless and the staff was super responsive and friendly. They came promptly to address an HVAC issue in one bedroom. The property, specifically the kitchen, needs attention. There was not enough flatware or drinking glasses. There were also pans too big for the oven (it's a not a full size range) so they were useless. The owners need to ensure the kitchen is properly stocked and worn cookware replaced in a timely manner. Other than the kitchen issues, we were very happy with the condo. This is not my first time using RRR and I will use them again when visiting Sugar.

The check-in process at Resort Real Estate and Rentals was great and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we encountered many issues upon arriving at the rental. The barstools had been eaten up by some type of animal. One of the kitchen cabinet doors came off the hinges when trying to open it. The coffee maker was put away in a closet and the working parts for the keurig piece were missing. There were no working light bulbs in the back bedroom. The WiFi was not working, as well as all of the TV and electric fireplace remotes were lacking batteries. I called the rental company and made them aware of the issues. They were very thankful that I had informed them. The maintenance man responded to the unit in a prompt manner and he was very friendly and helpful. Halfway through the trip, a circuit breaker stopped working leaving us without electricity in the back half of the unit. Once again, the maintenance man responded promptly and fixed the breaker within a couple of hours. While the location of the unit is perfect and it’s amazingly conveniently located right on Sugar's bunny slope/ Easy Street, the overall condition of the unit is extremely dated and somewhat unclean because of the condition of the bedding, furnishings, and master bedroom shag carpet. Despite the issues and conditions of the unit, the resort company was very attentive to us as customers.

We had a wonderful time! The home had a few minor issues (pull out sofa bed was dirty, a few items in the home were broken upon our arrival) but overall our stay was absolutely lovely!

we enjoyed the stay Bee Branch 40. We did have issue with refrigerator being turned off before we arrived.
The circuit breaker had been manually turned off!!!
Also, the entire power to our condo was turned off by the Electrical Utility for about 6 hours. (Reason unknown).
We did sleep well.

Amazing. Perfect location, very warm and cozy.

The two bedroom condo was in a great location with a 3 walk to the lift. Interior of the unit was clean and welcoming. Sorely lacking was the bedding situation. Master had a waterbed with no support, other room had an ancient mattress that swallowed us up, and the pull out couch had a blow up mattress with a bad leak. On top of that the pillows were very old and we actually thought about replacing them for future guests but ran out of time. Next time we will have to inquire about the condition of the bedding.

Stayed 3 nights. Handle/ lock on sliding doors: loose and broken and difficult to lock. Needs replaced. Also, hard to open/ close sliding glass doors. Oven: small. Was clean and warm but needs updated and TLC.

enjoyed the rental everything there that I needed, quite and restful
