This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located just across the road from Sugar Mountain and a short drive to Sugar Ski Resort, Sugar Golf and Tennis Club, and Downtown Banner Elk.
Bedroom 1 features a Queen bed, while Bedroom 2 features 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have TV's.
Full Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all items needed to suit your needs, including a Keurig coffee maker.
In-unit washer and dryer is available for your use.

There is only one designated parking spot in front of the unit. Visitor parking is available in the lot just below the unit.

This small gem was a perfect find for my husband and I to enjoy the fall leaves! This rental was very well taken care of and felt more like being in someone’s loved home than a well worn investment property. It also was conveniently stocked with daily use goods so that we only had to replenish a few supplies. The location is fabulous near sugar mt area and banner elk and Foscoe!

Everything went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was decorated and there was a lot of attention payed to details for their guests.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated but it needs repairs on the inside and outside. The WiFi did not work and one burner on the stove did not work properly either. The road to the building including parking was very damaged with potholes and still lots of downed trees.

Unfortunately, Spectrum has been having issues across the area, but we try to get a resolution as quickly as possible. We will check the stove, as we were unaware it was not working properly. The area suffered damage from the hurricane and agencies are continuing to work to get everything fixed. We have come a long way, but there are still repairs that need to be made. We do hope you will visit with us again.

The location was across the street from Sugar Mountain which was very convenient but it was also up the side of another mountain. Had it been snowy or icy, the drive up the mountain to the condo would have been treacherous without chains. Great views.

This was a nice place to stay for move in weekend for LMC. We got to Banner Elk late and it was not easy to find in tye pitch black dark of the mountains. So as with any stay always get there before dark!! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
