Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo near the top of Sugar Mountain. Recently renovated! Just minutes from golf, tennis, skiing and all other amenities that Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk has to offer. Unit features a king size bed in master bedroom and two twins in 2nd bedroom. Cozy up to the Electric log fireplace in the winter while enjoying the magnificent views, watching the large screen TV or enjoying a nice book. Long range mountain views of Beech Mountain and Hanging Rock to the north. Unit has WI-FI and AC. Deck offers Bistro table and chairs. Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Great location, with an awesome view.
The rental was everything you could hope for in a relaxing atmosphere and everything you need.
Wonderful stay- keyless entry, professional and friendly staff, spotless property recently remodeled. It is a bottom floor condo and the neighbors were noisy but we would recommend the property.

Each of these condo is independently owned and we do not property manage the upstairs. We are glad you enjoyed the unit and your stay, and we do apologize about the noisy neighbors. Our guest guides have the number for Sugar Mountain Police if there are problems with neighbors in units we do not manage.
