We had a great experience and the condo was great and clean. I just have a personal suggestion. The big slab around the fire place is a bit dangerous specially when you’re going with small kids.please try to cover it with a small mat so that nobody gets hurt.

We really enjoyed staying here. Being Christmas week made it hard to maneuver around sometimes but overall it was a great stay. I loved the layout of this condo and the ease of check in to check out. The view is something God himself could only make.

The only thing I could mention is that it could be cleaned a little better. For the lovely cleaning charge that was tacked on, the rugs had dirt underneath them and the corners in the kitchen and bathrooms were untouched.

Other than that, I felt like I was at grandma's house and it was cute.

It was a great relaxing anniversary celebration for my wife and I. Not many complaints except we were looking to light a romantic fire since fireplaces are prominently displayed in all of the photos, however we discovered the fireplace was not accessible. This information should be disclosed prior to making the decision to rent.

We were very dissatisfied with this rental unit and with the help we received from the Real Estate Resort & Rentals company managing the unit.
First, we found the owner’s closet unlocked but with a threatening note on the door saying that if found broken into it would be cause for criminal prosecution. The R.E agency was helpful with this situation, saying that since we reported it quickly, and since the owner was the last one in the unit and had probably just forgotten to lock it – there would be no problem. This was the first and last time we received help with a problem from Real Estate Resort & Rentals.
Next, we complained about cleanliness issues: 1st, the carpet had several muddy spots even though the rental agency said it had been cleaned and some spots were just permanent. Yet, I was able to clean several of these simply using a washcloth (That I purchased) and warm water. One of the main spots I couldn’t get out though appeared to be dried cat vomit. The agency insisted that no cat had been in the unit so perhaps it was a wad of glue or paint, but it was something I had to be careful to walk over each night.
2nd, an inner liner for the guest shower curtain was completely covered in mold from top to bottom. We had friends in for a couple of nights and when the man took a shower, he said he felt like he was back in the jungles of Vietnam. When we complained, the rental agency said they’d be glad to give us a new liner. I said, “Why wasn’t it replaced during the supposed cleaning?”
We also found several things in need of repair: A bathroom vanity that was rotting and warping from a previous leak that must have been ignored for too long. When this was reported to the rental agency, they just said, “Oh, ours looks like that, too.”
