Two bedroom, two bath condo located on the 4th floor of Sugar Top offering amazing views of Sugar Mountains ski slopes and surrounding mountains.
The owners have spared no expense in making this mountain modern condo one that will afford you all the comforts of home. Each room is tastefully decorated and has its on ceiling fan and flat screen TV, hardwood floors through-out. Master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa available in the living area. Updated kitchen is bright and roomy with all stainless steel appliances.
All guests have access to the amenities at Sugar Top: large indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and weight room.
Absolutely No Smoking - No Pets -
There is a parking shuttle that is operated by Sugar Top. Please note that RRR has no control over the shuttle. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Beautiful condo with great amenities and convenient location! We had a great stay at this condo! The unit was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in the mountains. Everything was in good working order and clearly well cared for. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at SugarTop with friends. It was close to Food Lion and driving distance to downtown Banner Elk. The condo shuttle staff were great and recommended things to do in the area.

Excellent property at reasonable pricing, great location.
The parking was somewhat odd.you may have to park in a remote lot and catch the shuttle. The lodge did what they could to accommodate you.
I did notice some guests had towels for the pool. (They weren’t bath towels) That would have been nice to have. We had 5 towel for 4 people and were told if we needed more, we would need to wash them. I usually use 2 towels a bath because I wrap my hair. Which is fine but I would have brought towels had I known this. And we were reusing towel for pool and bath.
The bath mats looked slightly used but I think that was the fluffy material catching everything and it not coming out in the wash.
We didn’t realize we had to unload the dishwasher from the previous renters. So when we went to start it with our couple of coffee cups before leaving, we had to upload a slap full dishwasher of dishes we never used.
And really we unloaded enough to make room for our 2 cups and ran it again because we were in a rush.
But overall, it was fine.
