This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is situated on the fifth floor of Sugar Top. Elegantly furnished and capable of accommodating up to six guests, it boasts a king bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Amenities Include:
A fully equipped kitchen for your culinary needs including a crock pot and all the extras - also family games and puzzles. Flat screens in all the rooms with 165 Live TV Channels + Movie Channels.
A private balcony offering breathtaking long-range views of the Sugar Mountain ski slopes
Access to a washer and dryer located just down the hall from the unit

Additionally, there is a Sugar Bear stop at the gatehouse, providing convenient transportation to and from the slopes, with a shuttle system run by Sugar Top. Please note that Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle service.

Place was okay. DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER as advertised. Pretty important thing to have at a ski oriented rental.

We are very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay, as advertised there is washers and dryers on every other floor at sugar top we are sorry you couldn't find them and would have been more than glad to help if we would have known you wasn't able to find them. We hope you come again!
Let me start by saying, we had a great visit. But the experience has fallen off quite a bit, compared to our last visit 4 years ago.
The main issue is a decline in the amenities, including parking. The property has a main parking lot adjacent to the building which we were allowed to use last visit. This visit, as renters, we were required to park in "Lot D", a quarter mile downhill from the building next to the entry guardhouse. The only access to the remote parking was thru a shuttle in the form of a Chevy Tahoe. The staff did a great job trying to make this work but the system could only work so well, especially around checkout time.
Another issue was the pool area. The facility didn't provide towels for guest use. I even checked with the front desk and was told you were expected to use the towels from your rental. Our last visit I was pretty sure the property had provided towels for the pool area but I thought maybe I was misremembering things until I noticed that the towel locker they had during our last visit was still there, but now empty. There's a major problem with this arrangement, in that if you get back to the rental apartment and want to take a shower anytime in the next 8 hours, all your bath towels are now soaked from use at the pool. The front desk suggested the coin-op dryers on every other floor to deal with this but this is really an unacceptable arrangment.

Thank you for choosing Sugar Mountain and for letting us know that you had a great visit! We understand that parking is sometimes challenging at Sugar Top, but they do try to keep people moving. Unfortunately, the new management at Sugar Top no longer provides pool towels. It is always best to bring your own, if in doubt.
