The spacious primary bedroom features a **comfortable King bed and private en-suite bathroom**, while the second bedroom offers a **Queen bed**. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a **Double-size sleeper sofa**. Both bedrooms are equipped with **TVs and ceiling fans** for your comfort.
The condo also features a **fully equipped kitchen**, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy a relaxing night in, along with **complimentary WiFi** throughout the unit.
Guests have full access to Sugar Top's impressive resort amenities, including the **indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and weight room**, conveniently located in the first-floor lobby.
Sugar Top also provides a **shuttle service** for guests. Please note that the parking shuttle is operated and managed exclusively by Sugar Top. **Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle schedule or operation.**

We found appt 2721 very good, it was confortable and yes I will recomended to friends and family, but I do think that as it is a little difficult to move around because of the snow, perhaps guests should be allowed to leave the keys at the lobby for checkout, also I think since we are paying a cleaning fee (that is not small) we shouldn't need to be taking the trash out on top of all other tidings and cares to do to leave the unit, we are already carryng our luggage and caring to leave the diswasher filled out, it feels like we are doing all the cleaning and why fo we get charged a cleaning fee and a damage fee too?

the property is awesome. I have stayed there before, always a pleasure. The view is amazing.. The shuttle drivers were nice and engaging. The layout of the units gives you a nice flow, the kitchens are good. Close to everything you might want to do, if you can pull yourself away from the view! If I had to make any suggestions, I would have the process be a little more streamlined, referring to the paperwork prior to arrival. The thermostat was locked to a temp a little higher than we are accustomed to. The $400.00 deposit was excessive. All small items to be sure. this is a great property, anyone would be thrilled to be here!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen is very well equipped and the condo is clean and cozy. The only dissapointment was the sleeper sofa which is in really bad condition. We felt they should not advertise the condo as accomodating 6 people when the sleeper sofa is not usable.

We just starting vacationing at Sugar Top in July. We went back in August annd going back again in November.
I have traveled to many states.
This is my favorite place to go.
