At an elevation of 5,282 feet, this retreat offers breathtaking, long-range views of Grandfather Mountain from your private deck—the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a double sleeper sofa in the living area.

Guests can enjoy Sugar Top’s wonderful amenities, conveniently located on the first-floor lobby level, including an indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, and Wi-Fi access.

Parking Information: During busy seasons, Sugar Top operates a parking shuttle system when guests are unable to park in the main lot. Please note that the shuttle is managed by Sugar Top, and Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over its operation. We have not experienced any issues with the shuttle system.

Property Policies: All Sugar Top condos managed by Resort Real Estate and Rentals are strictly non-smoking. Absolutely no pets are permitted.
