Charming three-bedroom condo located on Sugar Mountain close to all amenities Sugar has to offer. This condo will make you feel right at home. In the living room, you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV and the gas-burning fireplace for cool winter nights. There is a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. In the master bedroom, there is a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and in the third bedroom, there are two bunk beds. This condo features a wrap-around deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

TV: All the TVs are all equipped with streaming devices that include at least: Netflix and Amazon Prime - Renters utilize their own login.
Living room: Apple TV, Samsung TV Plus, MLB are all logged into. Multitude of "free" channels also.
Master bedroom: Apple TV and Direct TV app are both logged on.
Two other bedrooms have Amazon Prime free channels - no login needed.
Portable air conditioner for use in warm months.
No Smoking

No Check-in on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement emailed to you from Adobe upon booking.
There is limited parking - only one car is allowed in front of the unit.

We Love Sugar mountain and beech mountain and this place was perfect to enjoy “la montañita” super clean, perfect connection to wifi, the kitchen hace all you could need and more. Really close to sugar mountain ski resort (less than 5 min). I will be renting again, we really loved the place

This property was a fantastic location to spend a snowy holiday weekend with my family. Ill start with a huge thank you to the homeowners who went above and beyond the standard and opened up their home. The staff at RRR was friendly and responsive, as well as accommodating to my in-laws who arrived before us. We were a group of 4 adults and one child and there was more than enough room to spread out in. The kitchen was well appointed and very easy to cook in. The beds were comfortable and the linins and towels were of good quality. We made good use of the gas fireplace since the resort got almost a foot of snow over the long weekend we were there. NOTE OF WARNING: If snow is in the forecast you will need 4X4, AWD, or chains. It got so much snow I had to dig my Jeep out. You can see the lift from the parking area yet it is tucked away on the hillside and even with the other units it felt very private. Since there is no direct access to the slopes we did have to drive down to the base area and deal with the nightmare that is parking at Sugar mountain. If I had one suggestion it would be for them to build a walkway down to the slopes to make the unit a true ski -in/ski out and remove the need for fighting for parking. That said, we have already discussed renting this unit next year and we are pleased with the value we received. One point of annoyance that had nothing to do with the individual unit or the amazing team members we dealt with at RRR is the deposit refund time frame. It can take up to a month according to the rental agreement. That said I got mine back within 2 weeks. I would wholeheartedly recommend you stay at D12, unless of course its the weekend my family wants to be there, then you should book something else!!

We had a great stay and the rental company was very good. However, we had no working TV or internet during our stay. This was due to a previous owner issue and the rental company was very helpful in trying to fix the problem.

Two nights over the Washington's Birthday weekends were very nice, felt like my own home. Better than a motel, but the beds were little stiff and the bed tubs had no shampoo. But it was okay, because we brought our own. ^_^
Great fun with son, wife and grandson. Grandsons first skiing venture (age 5) enrolled in Sugar Bear full day ski school for 2 days. Great instructors and mountain terrain for his experience. We adults skied both days, not many people for we skied on a Monday and Tuesday. Also did the tubing hill. Downtown was also good and not crowded. The Timbers rental was very good and close to all the mountain offered. Would recommend and use again.
